One subscription covers the band, not each member. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted: the band goes read-only until you subscribe again.

Is it really free?
Yes. On your own, every feature works with no trial and no time limit. I only charge once you want your bandmates in the band with you, because that's when it starts doing work for more than one person.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The band goes read-only until you subscribe again, so everyone can still open the calendar, the sets and the books. I don't hold your data hostage.
Can I bring in a sub for one gig?
Yes, and this is the part I'm proudest of. Keep a roster per instrument. The gig goes to your first choice, and if they can't make it, you ask the next with one tap, or let Wrangl work down the list for you. A sub sees the show they're playing, its set and its files, and nothing else of the band's. The database refuses the rest.
What does it run on?
The web, iPhone and Android, from one account. Your next shows are saved on the phone, so the set and the day sheet open backstage with no signal.
Is my band's data safe?
The access rules live in the database, not in the app, so the same rules hold on every device and for anyone going around the app. I wrote up exactly what is enforced, and what I don't claim, on the security page.
