Questions venues & promoters ask.
Do venues need a Wrangl account?
No. The advance form, contract, day sheet, door list and promo page each open from a link in any browser.
How long do those links work?
The advance form, day sheet, an act’s bill link and the door list close two days after the show. A contract link closes a month after it’s signed, or a month after the show if nobody signs it.
Some bands on our bill don’t use Wrangl. Is that a problem?
No. The host sends each one a link where they read their slot and send their channels, backline, guests and a note.
Who sees what we pay each act?
Only the hosting band’s members with the finances permission, and each paid act’s own, for its own deal. Acts on a link see no money.
Can a band ask us for a booking?
Yes. A band with a public page can take booking requests from it, which arrive in its pipeline.
Advance it in one link.
Venues need nothing. Bands start free, and host their first bill whenever they like.
